A commercial solar products company has leased 8,300 square feet of office space in downtown Somerville, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The tenant, Chint Power Systems America Co., will be among the newest users at the 100,000-square-foot Somerville Commons building at 46 East Main St. Delivered in 2020, the building has 50,000 square feet of office space, street-level retail units and 14 luxury apartments on the fourth floor.
Deluccia Commercial’s Tim Deluccia represented both the landlord, Somerville Urban Renewal LLC, and the tenant. He noted that CPS bills itself as a complete solution for large-scale solar projects.
