A new children’s play center is set to open in Piscataway after its operator signed a 13,085-square-foot lease with Denholtz Associates, the commercial real estate firm said.
The tenant, Awesome Zone LLC, has leased the space at 145 Ethel Road West in Denholtz’s Piscataway Corporate Center. The company will use the space to open a facility featuring dozens of inflatable elements, taking advantage of the building’s 22-foot ceiling heights and flexibility.
The new location will benefit from proximity to Route 1, Interstate 287 and the Edison train station, Denholtz said in a news release. The landlord also touted the energy-efficient HVAC systems and ample parking at the two-building, 65,000-square-foot industrial park.

Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz. “As entertainment-oriented companies like Awesome Zone continue to grow and search for well-located flex-industrial spaces, our portfolio is well-positioned to provide them with a home.
“Adding growing and dynamic tenants like these allows us to maintain a diversified roster of tenants and execute our multitenant investment strategy.”
