- A renewal for 1,200 square feet with Mid-Atlantic Surety, an insurance firm
Kevin Carton and Todd Elfand of Cushman & Wakefield represented Denholtz in the transactions.
In announcing the deals, Denholtz touted the building’s front-to-back atrium lobby, a tenant lounge and gourmet coffee bar. The firm also highlighted Metropark South’s location on the border of Middlesex and Monmouth counties and directly off the Garden State Parkway.
