The longtime owner of a roughly 14,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Denville has sold the property, in a newly announced deal by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the brokerage team, an undisclosed buyer paid $2.475 million for the facility at 1 Stewart Court. Cushman added that the 14,100-square-foot building, part of the Bridge View Business Park, sits on 2.2 acres with direct egress and ingress on Stewart Court and features such as two loading docks, 16-foot ceiling heights and the ability to accommodate multiple uses.
The firm’s Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller, One Stewart Court LLC, and procured the buyer.
“The sale of 1 Stewart Court is a testament to the continued strength of the Morris County industrial submarket,” said Sobel, a director with C&W. “The strategic location of the property near (Interstate 80), Route 46 and Route 10 coupled with the quality of the asset garnered significant interest in this acquisition from the market and we are pleased to have represented our client in this important transaction.”
