A family office has signed a nearly 5,300-square-foot lease renewal at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, the landlord announced Wednesday.
The tenant, Castle Financial Management LLC, has had an office at Glenpointe Centre East since 2019. That space serves as a hub of asset management, financial planning services and philanthropic efforts for the Maschler family, whose investment portfolio includes vertically integrated real estate holdings and a range of privately owned businesses such as Battleground Country Club in Manalapan.
Jerry Barta, Sanzari’s now-retired vice president and director of leasing and marketing, joined Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez in representing ownership. JLL Executive Vice President Adam Karafiol represented the tenant in the 5,295-square-foot transaction.
“We are happy to extend our lease at Glenpointe and remain a part of such a dynamic community of prominent and innovative companies,” said Matthew Porter, director of finance and operations at Castle Financial Management. “It was an easy decision to renew our lease at Glenpointe based on the strategic location of the campus and its wide array of premium amenities available to our team.”
Gutierrez added: “Our continued strong leasing activity at Glenpointe epitomizes the ‘flight to quality’ seen in our current office market. We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Castle Financial Management and look forward to ensuring their space continues to meet the needs of their team and business.”
Sanzari noted that Glenpointe provides tenants with a direct trip to Midtown Manhattan via the nearby George Washington Bridge. Occupiers also have access to amenities such as a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor space, a high-end dining hall, 700 hotel rooms on the property and a host of retail and restaurant options.
Sanzari, meantime, has partnered with the tenant engagement service Better Spaces, which operates an on-site community lounge and an app to offer occupants more than 40 free programs and classes per week.
