PCD Development has signed more than 100 leases at a new luxury apartment complex in Bogota, prompting it to open a second phase to prospective renters.
The firm announced the milestone Wednesday, less than five months after the launch of leasing at The Atwater, located 1000 West Fort Lee Road, alongside The Marketing Directors. After unveiling an initial phase of 91 homes, the team has released another 83 units ranging from studio to two-bedroom floorplans.
Monthly rents start in the $2,000s with incentives of up to two months free on a 26-month lease.
“We knew this unique waterfront location was one of Bergen County’s hidden residential gems and felt there would be strong interest in a community here offering stylish residences with modern amenities,” said Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development. “The public response since our launch certainly bears that out, and we’re excited to now introduce the second phase of homes and start welcoming additional residents to The Atwater.”
Located along the Hackensack River, The Atwater features high-end apartments and more than 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces for residents, PCD said. Those include a clubroom with billiards and a bar, a resident lounge with a fireplace and a high-end, 2,200-square-foot fitness center with Fitness-on-Demand and yoga studios.
The developer is also planning a spring opening for a slate of outdoor spaces including a heated pool, a sun deck, cabanas, grills and an outdoor theater. The property will also feature a walkway along the Hackensack River, among other offerings.
“PCD Development has delivered a modern lifestyle community that checks all the boxes for today’s discerning renter,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “We expect the leasing activity to increase now that we have additional residences and locations to offer. And with spring right around the corner, the community’s expanse of outdoor amenities, open space, and scenic waterfront setting will be hard to resist.”
