A medical spa has leased nearly 1,500 square feet of retail space in Tinton Falls, in a transaction arranged by Midtown Commercial Realty.
The brokerage firm said the operator, Keep Glowing Medical Spa, will occupy 1,435 square feet at Tinton Falls Centre at 4057 Asbury Ave. Etan Tammam, a managing director with Midtown Commercial, represented both parties.
“Medical Spas are a growing industry and we look forward to seeing their success,” Tammam said, later adding: “Medical spas, also called medi-spas or med spas, are a kind of a hybrid between the traditional day spa and a medical clinic. Medical spas strive to blend the best of two worlds — a relaxing spa experience with the procedures and expertise typically only found at a doctor’s office.”
The provider joins a host of other retailers, eateries and service providers at the shopping center, which is just east of the Garden State Parkway.
“Keep Glowing Medical Spa is a new spa that is dedicated to bringing everyone a tool to achieve their skin and cosmetic goals,” said Dr. Michael Ellis, the business’ owner and medical director. “We have a dedicated team of health care professional who are dedicated to helping everyone that we encounter.”
