The developer of a new 24-unit apartment building in Jersey City is looking to sell the property, in a newly announced offering by The Kislak Co. Inc.
The brokerage firm’s Davis Briones is spearheading the assignment at 30-32 McAdoo Ave., the site of what’s known as The Steven II. He noted that the five-story elevator building has one retail space and a parking garage, boasting condo-level finishes among many other high-end features, as well as on-site management and maintenance and controlled access with a keyless entry and security system.
The property is in Jersey City’s Greenville section, minutes from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail’s Danforth Street station that connects to PATH service, according to a news release. It’s also serviced directly in front of the building by NJ Transit bus lines to Journal Square.
Kislak said the building will be delivered fully occupied at closing.
“Jersey City multifamily is still in high demand in all areas of the city,” said Briones, a vice president with the Woodbridge-based firm. “The Greenville section has grown tremendously over the past decades with new developments and increasing rental growth. Rent prices will continue to increase in this area of the city as it follows Bergen-Lafayette, West Side and Journal Square rents.”
