A developer has leased nearly three-quarters of its recently completed, 152-unit luxury rental community in Cherry Hill.
Sterling Properties announced this week that the property, Evan’s Mill, has eclipsed the 70 percent leased milestone. Located at 1350 Brace Road, the property opened for leasing late last spring, bringing an infusion of upscale one- and two-bedroom apartments to suburban Camden County.
That mix also includes a selection of two-bedroom, condo-style flats with prices starting from $2,300, which are dwindling in supply after being unveiled last summer. The homes feature elevator access, private garage parking and available storage.
“Our latest phase has certainly captured the market’s attention with stylish homes that offer plenty of living and entertainment space and the many benefits of a care-free, single-level apartment lifestyle,” said Nick Hollenbeck, director of sales and marketing for Sterling Properties. “The popularity with a variety of renter-types, whether it’s young professionals or empty-nesters, is quickly propelling us towards a complete lease-up of these homes.
“The available homes provide interested renters a great opportunity to reside in Camden County’s premier rental community. These are some of our most popular designs with generous layouts that offer close to 1,400 square feet of space.”
Apartments at Evan’s Mill have high-end finishes and appliances, while residents have access to a clubhouse with an outdoor pool, fire pit, fitness center and bocce court, among other amenities, according to a news release. The community offers a bike share program and is connected by biking and walking trails to the Croft Farm Arts Center and the Cooper River park system at Challenge Grove Park.
Sterling Properties touted the development’s location near major thoroughfares, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 70, and near the Haddonfield and Woodcrest stations of the PATCO Speedline to Philadelphia.
