A developer has opened the doors to a new two-building, 170-unit luxury apartment property just west of NJ Transit’s Bloomfield station.
The builder, Platinum Developers, is now working alongside The Marketing Directors to attract renters to the complex at 110 Washington St., where it’s offering a mix of upscale one- and two-bedroom homes and several amenities. The team is also touting a location that is steps from commuter rail service and a host of shops and restaurants in the downtown.
Monthly rents at 110 Washington start at $2,395, with incentives.
“This exciting community, available for immediate occupancy, highlights a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga area, co-working spaces, a landscaped terrace, convenient covered garage parking, building access through a mobile app and a secure package system,” said Jackie Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors.
Nearby eateries include Casa De Flora Bar, Anthony’s Cheesecake and Bucco Restaurant Bloomfield, all on Washington Street. The site is also about a half-mile from the Garden State Parkway.
