A developer has launched leasing at a new boutique apartment building in Bergen County, offering a mix of high-end amenities in what it touts as an upscale suburban setting.
The builder, Adoni Property Group, is working alongside The Marketing Directors to lure renters to the property at 8 Tice Road in Franklin Lakes. The team is marketing 44 units at what’s known as The Franklin, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom duplexes in the distinctive four-story building.
Monthly net-effective rents start at $3,225, with incentives.

The developer said immediate occupancy is available at The Franklin, whose amenities include an outdoor patio with fire pits and gas grills, a pergola with an outdoor area and a dog run, according to a news release. Inside, residents will have access to a furnished lobby, a modern fitness center, a lounge and event space and a children’s playroom, among others.
Additional perks for renters include a location 25 miles from Manhattan and access to both bus and rail service in the area, the developer said, adding that Interstate 287 passes through Franklin Lakes. Residents are also minutes from a selection of shops, dining and services in the borough and surrounding towns, along with recreation options such as the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve and the 40-acre Saddle Ridge Riding Center.
