A joint venture is preparing to unveil the next piece of a growing residential neighborhood in Jersey City, offering another 137 luxury apartments just south of the Hoboken border.
The development team of BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties says it will launch leasing at 100 Hoboken Ave. in early fall and expects its first occupants as soon as October. Known as 100 House, the project will mark the joint venture’s second rental development in the area, following the success of a neighboring 260-unit property known as The Enclave.
Rents at 100 House will start from the $2,300s, according to a news release Tuesday. The Marketing Directors will serve as the building’s marketing and leasing agent.

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects & Planners, 100 House offers upscale studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a resident lounge with screening room, game lounge, bowling alley, golf simulator and co-working spaces with private offices. The property also features a fully equipped fitness center with virtual exercise programs and a sprawling second-floor outdoor sun terrace with private grilling area, outdoor bar, games and lounge areas.
Some homes offer private outdoor space, the news release said.
“Residents at 100 House will also enjoy shared amenities with The Enclave, which features a rooftop heated pool, private poolside cabanas, fireside seating and more,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “There’s also complimentary shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH and CitiBike access nearby.”
