Devli Real Estate has hired Edwin Lebron and Jefferson Tejada to lead development initiatives for its Wallington-based team.
In his role as development manager, Lebron’s responsibilities will include spearheading development projects from inception to completion. He joins the firm as a former principal of Sixboro Holdings, bringing experience in project capitalization, construction management, acquisitions and forging strategic partnerships.
Tejada, meantime, will serve as operations lead and will execute Devli’s day-to-day development operations, according to a news release. With Sixboro Holdings, he was instrumental in executing that company’s acquisition, marketing and operational strategies, Devli said, noting that his expertise will enhance its operational framework and drive efficiency across the company’s diverse projects.
“We are delighted to have Edwin and Jefferson on board,” said Mark Devli, the firm’s chief investment officer. “Their expertise and innovative approaches in real estate development and operations will be vital as we continue to expand our portfolio and grow our investment platform. They both embody the spirit of leadership and commitment to excellence that is at the core of Devli Real Estate.”
Devli, which specializes in acquiring and developing high-quality industrial, retail and multifamily properties, has a portfolio that spans multiple sectors in 12 states. Its recent deals in the region include its acquisition of four acres involving neighboring industrial properties in the Meadowlands community of Carlstadt.
