A local landlord is seeking tenants for two Meadowlands industrial buildings, including a cold storage and a commissary kitchen in one property and a newly renovated warehouse.
The owner, Devli Real Estate, has tapped Team Resources Inc. to market the 30,000-square-foot space at 95 Broad St. in Carlstadt. The firm noted that the space has floor drains, 12 coolers, four freezers and oven rooms and includes large-scale cooking equipment throughout, touting it as the only building of its kind on the market in northern New Jersey.
Team Resources’ Jeff Volpi and Eric Lewin are leading the assignment at the building, which offers ghost kitchens and restaurants the ability to service the entire New York metropolitan area.
Devli is also marketing a newly renovated, 50,000-square-foot warehouse at 75 Broad St., also in Carlstadt. The Wallington-based firm is working with JLL’s Harold Imperatore and Michael Palmeri to lease the property, which has an 18-foot clear ceiling height and three tailgates, along with updated office and warehouse space.
The landlord has also added LEDs throughout the interior and exterior, along with a new parking lot and drainage system.
Both buildings benefit from their easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 80 and other nearby highways.
