A global distribution company has leased 29,000 square feet at a Moorestown industrial building, bringing the property to 100 percent occupancy.
Brokers with NAI Mertz announced that they represented ownership in the long-term transaction at 540 Glen Ave., a 209,000-square-foot complex near Route 73. The undisclosed but locally based tenant took the last remaining unit at the property, which features a new roof and parking lot after renovations last year.
Fred Meyer and Jonathan Klear completed the assignment for NAI Mertz.
“NAI Mertz is very pleased to bring this asset to full occupancy and deliver maximum value to our clients,” Klear said. “Moorestown continues to be an attractive location for users in southern New Jersey or those coming in from Philadelphia due to its unique proximity to highways and nearby amenities.”
The newly leased space has several loading docks, a drive-in and high power, while offering easy access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike and proximity to Philadelphia.
