A mobile accessory distributor has leased more than 110,000 square feet of new industrial space in Pennsauken, in one of two newly announced transactions by Colliers.
According to the brokerage team, VoiceComm’s commitment at 175 DeRousse Ave. comes alongside another deal by Scrub Daddy, bringing the building to full occupancy. The companies will occupy 110,796 and 61,278 square feet, respectively, under leases with Alliance HP.
“We are thrilled to complete these two leases and bring the building to full occupancy before the construction was even completed,” Colliers’ Ian Richman said. “We are not, however, surprised of the result given the strength of the market and current imbalance of supply and demand and the building’s excellent location in Pennsauken.”
Richman brokered the deals alongside Marc Isdaner, bringing the 172,074-square-foot building to full occupancy. They did so on behalf of an owner that is repurposing a dilapidated manufacturing facility to create a modern warehouse and distribution center.
