A joint venture has closed on a five-building, 100,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Montville, in a newly announced transaction by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
Brokers with the firm announced that an affiliate of Diversified Properties and HLF Montville, LLC, an affiliate of The Hampshire Cos., have acquired the buildings at 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 Mars Court from Urmston Realty Corp. The fully leased portfolio, which is home to 18 local and international tenants, traded for an undisclosed price.
Gregory J. Sabato and Scott Peck of Resource Realty represented both parties, noting that the portfolio offers easy access to interstates 80, 280 and 287 and routes 23 and 46. Diversified has also retained Resource Reality as its leasing team for the buildings.
