DMR Architects has bolstered its production team with three new hires, the firm announced.
Seeking to keep up with client demand, the Hasbrouck Heights-based firm said it has hired Jay Beispeil as a senior interior designer, Stefano Gagliano as project architect and Stefani Silverman as an architect. The new hires bring DMR’s overall staff to 37.
“We’re growing the firm so that we can continue to help our clients anticipate the best way to utilize their space now and in the coming decade,” Lloyd Rosenberg, president of DMR Architects, said in a prepared statement. “Beispeil, Gagliano and Silverman were hand-picked to insure DMR’s ability to cultivate the types of relationships that we have been creating for the past 25 years.”
Beispiel, who has a degree in interior design from The College of New Jersey, has 26 years of experience and most recently was with NK Architects in Morristown, according to a news release from DMR. Before that, he held several positions at DI Group Architecture in New Brunswick and Joel David Zieden Architects in Princeton.
Gagliano is a LEED-accredited senior project architect and project manager with more than 16 years of experience with federal, commercial and institutional building types at Manhattan-based Beatty Harvey CoCo Architects, the news release said. He earned a bachelor’s degree of architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Arizona.
Silverman has worked for Gensler in Morristown, Montroy Andersen DeMarco in New York City and Michael Aiduss Interior Design in Montclair, along with Bob Altavilla Interiors and Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects PC in New York City. She has a bachelor of fine arts in interior design from Pratt Institute and is currently studying at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies to earn her master’s in construction administration.
