A new Dollar Tree will open in Camden County after signing on as the anchor tenant at what’s known as the Bloom Circle Shopping Center, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced.
The national retailer, a Fortune 200 company, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at the property at 2 Route 73 South in Berlin. Vantage Commercial Vice President Ken Richardson and John Doss, a senior adviser with the firm, represented ownership in the deal.
“We are delighted to welcome Dollar Tree to the Bloom Circle Shopping Center,” Richardson said. “This collaboration underscores the attractiveness of our retail spaces and the strength of the Berlin, New Jersey market. Dollar Tree’s continued growth and success make them an ideal anchor tenant, contributing to the overall vibrancy of our shopping center.”
The brokers noted that they were marketing another 6,000 square feet at the Bloom Circle Shopping Center, while a fully fit-out pizza restaurant is soon to become available.
