The site of a shuttered Boston Market store in Roxbury has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in a newly announced deal by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
According to the brokerage team, the buyer of the property at 247 Route 10 plans to renovate the building and open another quick-service restaurant. The firm noted that the site, which consists of 2,800 square feet on roughly one-third of an acre, drew immediate interest due to the desirable location and strong demographics.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group, worked with Teddy Shamma of Jeffery Realty in completing the transaction.
