Dollar Tree has added another location in New Jersey with the signing of a roughly 12,000-square-foot lease at a Springfield shopping center.
Jeffery Realty, which represented the landlord, said the chain is backfilling a former Stew Leonard’s Wine & Spirits store at 901 Mountain Ave. It’s now among the largest tenants at Echo Plaza, a 67,175-square-foot complex directly north of Route 22.
Shane Wierks completed the assignment for North Plainfield-based Jeffery Realty, while Danielle Brunelli of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented Dollar Tree.
