Donnelly Industries has unveiled a new 60-unit apartment building in Denville, touting a location that’s directly next to a train station and minutes from the town’s popular business district.
The three-story property, Station Village at Denville, has brought a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rentals to a former vacant industrial site near the community’s southeast border. Immediately west of the project is NJ Transit’s Mount Tabor station, providing commuter rail service on the Morris & Essex line, while the building fronts a main thoroughfare connecting Denville to Parsippany.
Donnelly has tapped Value Asset Management to oversee day-to-day operations and long-term planning for the 65,715-square-foot property at 495 East Main St., including leasing and marketing, resident relations, maintenance operations and financial management.

“At Donnelly Industries, we take pride in delivering projects with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship and long-term value,” said Rod Donnelly, CEO of Donnelly Industries. “Station Village at Denville represents that standard from start to finish and we are excited to see it completed and ready to serve the Denville community.”
Published reports say the project has revitalized a site that was anchored by the former Redmond Press printing facility. The project is also helping Denville fulfill state-mandated obligations for affordable housing, with nine units reserved for low- and moderate-income households.
Renters, meantime, have access to amenities such as electric vehicle charging stations, a business lounge, a fitness center, a grilling patio and a secure package room.
