A unit of Wayne-based Donnelly Construction is expanding its services with the addition of ultraviolet lighting solutions for commercial real estate owners.
Donnelly Energy, the firm’s energy efficiency division, is touting the new service as landlords across New Jersey look to reopen their facilities with an eye toward disinfection and sanitation. It’s now offering UV lighting as an enhanced form of germicidal technology that can aid property owners in their daily cleaning efforts, while providing a sense of security.
“We are happy to see our energy division growing and expanding within the UVC lighting market,” said Chris Donnelly, vice president of Donnelly Construction. “When it came to reopening our own offices, including UVC disinfection into our cleaning regimen helps keep our employees safe and our motto of ‘safety first’ in the forefront. It just made sense for Donnelly Energy to pursue UVC lighting as an added benefit for our clients.”
