OUR CLIENTS
Dresdner Robin has a wide range of client types; from national corporate development firms to local neighborhood developers. They rely on us to navigate their projects through the land entitlement process so they can reposition their assets. Our projects may take the form of high-rise residential buildings, warehouse/distribution centers, daycare and assisted living developments, self-storage, academic facilities, recreational and more. The vast majority of our work occurs in the northern NJ/lower NY area. Our reach is expanding as our clients re-engage us for design services in other regions.

OUR ADVANTAGE
Many firms describe themselves as practical, clever, innovative, prompt in providing a comprehensive suite of services. These characteristics are certainly very valuable and necessary to operate in today’s complex environment. Two primary qualities distinguish the client experience with Dresdner Robin from many other consulting firms. First, the leadership of the firm is founded on real estate development. The management team originated from a land development background. We certainly hire very technical and talented professionals for the various design disciplines we offer; but execution is paramount. Employing a developer-minded approach by being sensitive to time, pragmatic in design and clear on the process. Secondly, aside from being trained on the many technical skills necessary, our project managers have a deep understanding of and the intangibles in land development so they can carry out the management role, holistically. Project managers are assigned to clients to manage all aspects of the project; from site assessments to construction, proposal to invoicing, budgets to deadlines. This resulting in the client having a partner in the process, rather than a firm simply billing for services.
ON THE HORIZON
We expect continued demand for investment in warehouse/logistics centers. With larger sites becoming less available, and the need being shifted toward more urbanized areas, we expect a higher demand for smaller-scale centers in the northern NJ regions, closer to NYC. We continue to be part of the growth in dense urban environments having acquired approvals on thousands of residential units in Jersey City over the past two years alone. Creative ideas and solutions are in demand to provide a complete mixture of amenities, art, areas of engagement, connectivity, walkability, environmental sensitivity, social actions and more.
