A physician has sold a nearly 1,900-square-foot office condominium in Edison for $450,000, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm’s president, Steve Bussel, represented Dr. Gopal Sinha in the transaction at 2 Ethel Road, Suite 201C, part of the 200,000-square-foot Durham Center property just off Interstate 287 Exit 3. A business listed as Metuchen Work First LLC purchased the 1,880-square-foot unit, which is located in one of the complex’s five buildings.
In announcing the deal, BRC noted that the 20-acre campus is minutes from Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and routes 1, 9, 35 and 440. Occupiers have access to private entrances with individual bathroom facilities and individual control of HVAC, while the property has 800 amps of power, 24-hour access and on-site banking and day care.
