An investor has acquired an eight-unit apartment building in Union City for $1.2 million, according to a brokerage team with Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
The firm said the property, 313 29th St., has a brick façade and walkable access to Bergenline Avenue and major transit lines. Those features appealed to prospective buyers, as did the building’s historically strong occupancy.
Cervelli Real Estate represented both parties in the trade, its latest in the first half of 2025 amid continued demand for well-located assets in Hudson County. The firm added that the buyer plans to hold the property as part of a growing northern New Jersey portfolio.
“This building offers a strong location and reliable rent roll, making it attractive to long-term multifamily investors,” said Cervelli Real Estate’ Chris Gerena, who handled the transaction. “We’re continuing to see sustained demand for stabilized assets in Union City.”
