An electrical contractor has acquired a 2,100-square-foot industrial building in Ewing, brokers with Fennelly Associates announced Tuesday.

The buyer, Landolfi Realty Group II LLC, paid an undisclosed price for the property at 10 Industry Court, according to a news release. It’s now set to use the single-story warehouse, which is minutes from Route 206 and other highways, to operate its independent electrical maintenance company.

Fennelly Associates’ Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly represented the seller, Tiffany Cavalier Family Properties LLC.

“Demand from local businesses continues to drive both leasing and sales volume across the central New Jersey industrial market,” Jerry Fennelly said. “When trying to align tenants or buyers with owners, it’s critical for brokers to employ a strategy informed by local market knowledge that speaks directly to the unique needs of businesses in the area.”
