A commercial truck dealership has acquired a property and maintenance facility in Parsippany for nearly $3.7 million, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to a news release, H.K. Truck Center Inc. is a longtime tenant at 10-30 Fanny Road and now plans to redevelop the 3.4-acre site off Route 202. The dealership for commercial truck parts, service, rental, leasing and sales, which is based in South Plainfield, is slated to demolish the existing 15,818-square-foot building and construct a modern repair facility.
NAI Hanson’s Michael Walters and Cameron Silverstein represented the seller, HFC Holdings LLC, in the $3.68 million deal. They noted that the parcel consists of five adjacent lots at the intersection of Intervale Road and Fanny Road, providing easy access to arteries such as interstates 287 and 80 and Route 46.
“With the limited supply of space available for redevelopment in Morris County and the surrounding area, we are thrilled to have helped our client secure fair market value while allowing a tenant to continue operating their business at the space,” Walters said. “We look forward to continuing our work with our client, HFC Holdings, and wish H.K. Truck Center all the best going forward.”
