Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of a 115,078-square-foot industrial portfolio in Elizabeth, one of several recent deals announced by the firm on Monday.
In a news release, the industrial real estate services firm said it represented SNR Holdings in its $13.2 million acquisition of 400 South Second St. It was one of five transactions brokered by Bussel last month, totaling more than 570,000 square feet, which also includes the $7.5 million trade of a 165,000-square-foot portfolio at 912 Route 33 in Freehold.
The firm, meantime, said it represented New Jersey-based Everflow Supplies in its 260,000-square-foot expansion and purchase of 2300 East Boardin Road in Dallas. Everflow paid $16.6 million for the property.
“We continue to see a red hot industrial real estate market and we are finding our client’s the best possible locations in spite of the lack of available supply of quality industrial buildings,” BRC President Steve Bussel said in a prepared statement. “Through our large salesforce and proprietary database, we are collecting the information needed to help execute our customers’ real estate requirements.”
Bussel also announced a 25,000-square-foot renewal at 250 Lackland Drive in Middlesex with Core Pharma and a 5,200-square-foot lease by KP Wholesalers LLC, for five years at 17 Progress St. in Edison.
