An energy supplier is among the newest tenants at a Hasbrouck Heights office building after signing a 17,200-square-foot lease with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the landlord said.
The tenant, Wind Turbine & Energy Cables, is relocating its corporate headquarters to 777 Terrace Ave. from Fort Lee, Sanzari said in a news release Wednesday. The deal at the building, also known as Heights Plaza, marks a 7,000-square-foot expansion for the firm.
The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for the Hackensack-based landlord and developer. Joe Tormen of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
“We’re extremely pleased that Wind Turbine & Energy Cables made the decision to relocate and expand its Bergen County presence at Heights Plaza,” Jennings said. “This growing company joins a roster of successful tenants attracted to Heights Plaza’s incomparable location, upgraded office environment and first-class amenities.”
WTEC is an engineering, manufacturing, procurement and field installation company dedicated to the energy market, the news release said. Its new home is a 200,000-square-foot, six-story building at the intersection of Route 17 and Interstate 80, just minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 46.
The property has covered parking, on-site property management, an on-site cafeteria and other amenities.
