Two tenants have leased a combined 8,711 square feet of medical office space in Bergen County, in a set of newly announced transactions by NAI James E. Hanson.
In the larger deal, Eye Care Associates of NJ LLC leased 5,490 square feet at 65 Harristown Road in Glen Rock. NAI Hanson brokers Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant in the transaction with 333 Realty LLC, which owns the three-story, 63,060-square-foot office building off Route 208.
The team also represented Progressive Spine & Orthopedics LLC in a 3,221-square-foot lease at 208 Harristown Road. The practice’s new home, which is owned by 208 Glen Rock Associates LLC, sits within a well-known, 99,508-square-foot property at the intersection of Route 208.
“Visibility and accessibility are more vital than ever for independent practitioners searching for new medical office spaces in today’s market, whether they are relocating or expanding their operations,” Lizzack said. “These two transactions on Harristown Road underscore the fact that well-located and well-maintained assets continue to drive leasing activity among medical office users, who still require physical spaces in order to provide quality care to their current and future patients.”
Eye Care Associates of NJ is relocating from Elmwood Park, while Progressive Spine & Orthopedics is expanding into its eighth location. In announcing the deals, NAI Hanson touted the properties’ easy access to Route 208 and proximity to other area highways, along with recently upgraded spaces in corporate settings.
