Saddleback Real Estate Developers has added to its holdings in Fairfield with the addition of a three-building, 37,000-square-foot industrial property, the firm said last week.
The owner, which is based in the township, said two of the three buildings at 40 Pier Lane West are fully occupied. The third will receive a total rehabilitation and will have an available 5,000 square feet for rent by the fourth quarter of this year, offering a location off Route 46 with easy access to Interstate 80 and New York City.
Peter Caraballo and Deborah Myers of Newmark Associates brokered the closing, Saddleback said in a news release.
“While Saddleback focuses on repurposing and rehabbing distressed properties, we also ensure very fast closings,” said Terry Frassetto, Saddleback’s president. “This allows us to acquire properties where other developers cannot.”
