Eight tenants have combined for more than 60,000 square feet in leasing activity at a six-building, 629,000-square-foot office complex along Route 1 in Woodbridge
The landlord, KBS, announced a flurry of new leases, expansions and a renewal at the campus known as Woodbridge Corporate Plaza. The newly signed tenants include:
- Grocery Haulers Inc. (represented by Jon Meisel of CBRE)
- Kavyos Consulting Inc. (represented by Jane Moni of Triad Properties)
- McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce (represented by Doug Gaffney of Lee & Associates)
- Remy Bernard Inc. (represented by Brandon DeGraff of Cushman & Wakefield)
- Billtrust (represented by Brad Fenlon of Newmark Knight Frank)
KBS also announced that Genosity LLC and ATA expanded their leases, while Shlemmer+Algaze+Associates Int. signed a renewal at the complex. Michael Staskiewicz of Effective Realty represented ATA.
Jamie Drummond and Andrew Perrotti of Newmark Knight Frank represented KBS in the transactions. The sizes of the individual deals were not immediately available.

Located at 485 Route 1 South in the town’s Iselin section, Woodbridge Corporate Plaza is convenient to three interstate highways and two highly traveled business routes, KBS said. The complex is also a half-mile from the MetroPark train station, with amenities such as a café, on-site fitness center and shuttle to the train station.
