Vantage Commercial has brokered the sale of two commercial properties and a single-family home in southern New Jersey, working on behalf of a family estate.
According to the firm, the portfolio includes the site of an auto store at 1250 Route 73 in Palmyra and an AAMCO location at 4790 Route 42 in Turnersville. Dallas Properties purchased the Palmyra site and subsequently leased it to Auto Smart, while Burlington Automotive acquired the Turnersville location to help support its growing business.
A local family acquired the 8,300-square-foot, seven-bedroom home, the seller’s personal residence, at 6 Azalea Drive in Lumberton. Terms were not disclosed.
Vantage Commercial’s Ken Richardson completed the assignment on behalf of the seller, who is located on the West Coast. He noted that the home in Lumberton traded with the help of the Vantage Residential division.
“My goal was to meet the needs of the family quickly without them having to engage multiple firms,” said Richardson, an executive director with Vantage Commercial. “I was confident in Vantage’s ability to handle and sell both the commercial and residential properties.”
