A tenant at two Mercer County industrial buildings has purchased both properties for a combined $1.53 million, brokerage firm NAI Fennelly announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the company said it represented Bregenzer Properties LLC in its sale of the 13,900-square-foot portfolio at 4 and 8 Industry Court in Ewing. The adjacent buildings span 9,900 and 4,000 square feet, respectively, boasting a location less than five miles from downtown Trenton.
Fennelly’s Matt Fennelly brokered the sale to 4 Industry Court LLC, an existing tenant of both buildings, after marketing the property’s air-conditioned, outside storage warehouse. Both properties have office space, drive-in doors and 400-amp power, among other features.
“Today’s industrial buyers generally are looking for two things,” said Fennelly, a sales associate with the Hamilton-based firm. “They want locations that offer easy access to their clientele and adaptable space that can fit the unique needs of their businesses. We’re happy to provide the services needed to properly position these properties in the market on behalf of our clients and help them secure a buyer in the competitive marketplace.”
