A manufacturing business is poised to expand after leasing more than 19,000 square feet of office space in Hamilton, in a newly announced transaction by Fennelly Associates.
Micro-Air, which makes air conditioning control systems for recreational vehicles and marine pleasure craft, will use the space at 200 Horizon Drive to house its operations and assembly teams, according to a news release. It also expects to grow inside the 19,008-square-foot facility after more than doubling its previous footprint in Allentown.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly represented Cammeby’s Management, the owner of the 47,464-square-foot office building, in the transaction with Micro-Air.
“Although the regional office market is not without its challenges, small businesses like Micro-Air continue to drive sustained demand for well-located and flexible spaces like 200 Horizon Drive,” Fennelly said. “Deals can be made but the current market dynamics require brokers to employ a hands-on, experience-backed approach to find success. We were happy to leverage our understanding of the local market to help our client attract a high-quality tenant to fill this space at their building.”
In announcing the deal, Fennelly noted that 200 Horizon Drive is a single-story property located less than a mile from the intersection of Interstate 195 and Route 130.
