A food manufacturer is set to expand in northern Bergen County after leasing more than 27,000 square feet of industrial space, brokers with Team Resources Inc. announced.
The user, The Fillo Factory Inc., is a family-run fillo dough manufacturer and distributor based in Northvale, according to a news release. The company is now taking 27,062 square feet at 107 Stonehurst Court, also in the borough, at a location that is a short distance from its headquarters.
Team Resources’ Eric Lewin and Stacey Wellins represented both parties.
“Acquiring the additional warehouse space allowed Fillo Factory to make more room for production in their main facility just a few blocks away,” Lewin said, noting that the building features 3,000 square feet of office space, 18-foot ceilings heights and five tailboard doors.
The duo also brokered a lease at 89 Leuning St. in South Hackensack, where Dazian LLC will occupy 10,160 square feet. The drapery and fabric company will take space within a 150,000-square-foot industrial-flex complex, which has 25-foot ceiling heights, one tailboard and one drive-in door.
“Dazian was already a longtime tenant in South Hackensack and chose 89 Leuning Street to take advantage of the high ceilings and storage capacity as well as remain in South Hackensack,” Wellins said.
