An importer is taking 16,000 square feet at an East Brunswick industrial building, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Tathastu Trading, has leased the space at 122 Tices Lane as part of a deal with Greek Development. It will occupy nearly half of the 36,800-square-foot building, which is minutes from Route 18, Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
“Tathastu Trading started a new business two years ago in only 1,500 square feet of space in South Plainfield with no loading docks,” said BRC Vice President Anthony Mircovich. He added that the company “is expecting more growth utilizing its new larger space in the near future.”
Sitting on 13 acres west of Route 18, the property features 22-foot clear ceiling heights, seven loading docks and one drive-in door.
