A financial planning firm has leased nearly 2,000 square feet at a Burlington County corporate park, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The tenant, Edward Jones, committed to 1,900 square feet within The Atriums at Greentree, which sits at 751 Route 73 North in the Marlton section of Evesham. Veritas Real Estate owns the property, which provides quick access to Route 70, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Vantage RES Executive Vice President Monica Walsh represented both parties, working closely with Edward Jones Financial Adviser Kelli Brack.
