An investment group has acquired a nearly 18,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Gloucester County, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.
The firm represented the seller, AJP Realty Associates LLC, in the transaction at 7 Enterprise Court in Washington Township. Interstate Investments LLC purchased the 17,620-square-foot, freestanding property, which is home to a single tenant and sits on 1.86 acres
WCRE Vice President and Principal Chris Henderson and Ryan Barikian, a senior associate with the firm, completed the assignment, touting the building’s location near routes 55 and 47, Egg Harbor Road and Interstate 295.
