Accurate has welcomed its first residents to a waterfront multifamily property in Bayonne, part of the ongoing redevelopment of the city’s historic Military Ocean Terminal property.
Located at 155 Goldsborough Drive, the complex has opened its door with an initial 252 units on the peninsula’s southern edge. The firm has attracted renters to the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes with its upscale design, views of the New York Harbor and its proximity to NJ Transit’s 34th Street and 45th Street light rail stations, among other features at what’s known as Citizen Bayonne.
Accurate is leasing up the property alongside The Marketing Directors, with monthly rental rates for one-bedroom units starting from $2,275 net effective, inclusive of special grand opening incentives.
“We are proud to welcome our first residents to Citizen Bayonne,” said Jack Klugmann, Accurate’s CEO and president. “Our first move-ins have truly brought this beautiful community to life, and so far, the feedback from our residents has been overwhelmingly positive. The leasing pace has been strong so far and we expect that to continue as more people discover this exciting waterfront neighborhood.”
Designed by Devereaux & Associates, with interiors by HH Designers and landscape design by Melillo & Bauer, Citizen Bayonne is among the latest additions to a 103-acre peninsula that is being redeveloped with residential and retail uses, as well as pocket parks, waterfront walkways, mass transit and other community uses. Residents are a short walk from retail destinations such as Starbucks, CVS, Costco, Stop & Shop, Lidl and LA Fitness.
On-site amenities include a high-end fitness center, a resident lounge, co-working space, a smart package room and covered parking with electric car charging stations, along with an outdoor landscaped courtyard with dining areas, grilling stations, lounge seating, firepits and foosball tables, the news release said. Ownership also offers a complimentary resident shuttle to the Grove Street PATH station in Jersey City.
