FirstService Residential has expanded its portfolio in southern New Jersey with a new property management assignment at a condominium community in Evesham Township.
The property management firm on Monday announced the assignment at Delancey Place, a 250-unit project, which adds to its presence in Burlington County.
“We couldn’t be more excited about beginning our partnership with Delancey,” said Donna Fiore, vice president with FirstService Residential. “FirstService Residential was selected for our resources, management experience and above average associate retention rate.
