FirstService Residential has hired a new business development director for the New Jersey and New York market, the property management company announced Tuesday.

In the new role, Marc Kamhi will work closely with community association board members to pitch the company’s resources and technology platforms, according to a news release. He comes to the job with experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning and building relationships with clients.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Marc to the FirstService Residential family,” said Michael Mendillo, the company’s president. “He has a proven track record of success and brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of service industries.”
Kamhi, for his part, added that his goal will be to “deliver the highest level of service and support to local associations as we educate them on the benefits of partnering with us.” He joins a company that works with more than 8,600 communities across the U.S. and Canada, serving for-sale and rental properties across a host of product types.
He reports directly to David Calloway, FirstService Residential’ vice president of sales.
“We are excited to have Marc on the business development team,” Calloway said. “In addition to his time in the service industry, his sales experience and passion for providing solutions will serve him well in his new role.”
