NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a renewal for 8,350 square feet of industrial space in Mountainside, the home of a local Servpro franchise.
Thomas Ryan, a broker with the firm, represented First Knight Enterprises Inc. in the transaction at 1094 Globe Ave. The deal with landlord Adrienne R. Weill allows First Knight to remain at its location just off Route 22, with proximity to Route 28, Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.
The building also has office and warehouse storage space, 15-foot ceiling heights, two loading docks and one drive-in.
“In today’s market, rents are climbing to all-time highs which puts landlords in an advantageous position to maximize the value of their asset,” Ryan said. “However, the peace of mind that comes from extending a model tenant like First Knight Enterprises is the dream situation for any landlord. I’m happy to have provided the services needed to facilitate the next chapter of this relationship.”
