Fisher Development Associates has unveiled more than 70,000 square feet of upscale amenity space at a pair of 45-story waterfront residential towers in Jersey City.
In a news release, the firm said it was debuting a series of new indoor and outdoor spaces at The Vantage Collection to coincide with the launch of leasing at the second tower. Those offerings include a 45th-floor sky lounge, a high-end fitness center, a yoga studio and a children’s playroom, along with outdoor options such as a 6th-floor deck with two pools, a full basketball court and a great lawn.
“The Vantage Collection is a true urban oasis that immediately transports residents to a five-star resort,” Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development, said in a prepared statement. “The buildings have been designed so many of the amenities are positioned overlooking the Hudson River, Ellis Island and Liberty State Park, providing a one-of-a-kind backdrop for residents to enjoy an active and socially-infused lifestyle. Inside and outside, amenities at The Vantage Collection are a rare find in the Hudson County rental market.”
