Fisher Development Associates is hailing a milestone at its new 45-story rental tower in Jersey City, having leased more than 75 percent of its 448 upscale apartments.
After a busy spring, the firm said it now expects to complete leasing at 33 Park View Ave. within a few months. Known as Vantage, the tower includes units starting in the low $2,000s, drawing renters with luxury living and views of the New York City skyline, Statue of Liberty and Liberty State Park.
The Marketing Directors is Fisher’s marketing and leasing agent at the property.
“We understand there’s many choices in Jersey City’s rental market and our goal when creating Vantage was to incorporate all the attributes that make a great urban rental, including thoughtfully-designed apartments, amenities and magnificent views,” Brian Fisher, principal of Fisher Development Associates, said in a prepared statement. “Based on the quick leasing pace, that goal has been accomplished.
“We’ve introduced a building that’s modern and sleek with spacious homes that have strong appeal to the growing number of single-professionals and young couples and families looking to make Jersey City their longtime home.”
Designed by S9 Architecture, Vantage opened for leasing in September. The tower is located between Luis Munoz Marin Boulevard and South Cove, in the city’s Liberty Harbor North section, offering proximity to the Liberty Harbor light rail station, the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations and NY Waterway ferry service.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, swimming pool and a cyber café, along with a health club, children’s playroom and business center, according to a news release. Some of those features are concentrated in a sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck and 45th-floor sky lounge.
