A health and fitness business has taken 4,000 square feet at a commercial property in Hamilton, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
The operator, CrossFit Jungle Gym, will use the space at 4 Crossroads Drive to provide members with individual and group training programs and coaching to help them establish structured exercise routines and nutritional habits, according to a news release. It joins several other tenants at the single-story, 35,000-square-foot flex building off Interstate 295, including Eden Autism Services, Skyline Solar and New Beginnings Adult Day Care.
Fennelly Associates’ Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly represented the landlord, Residential Management.
