A flower shop has leased 1,600 square feet at a Route 22 retail center in Green Brook, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.
In a news release, the firm said Flower Designs by Elena signed a five-year commitment at what’s known as Arthurs Plaza, a 40,000-square-foot property with tenants such as H&R Block, Tacos El Tio, The Gatsby Salon, Duck Donuts and Dollar Tree. The center, owned by Cyzner Properties, is now fully leased.
Tim Deluccia and Robert Axmann of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the landlord and tenant, respectively.
