First National Realty Partners has acquired a nearly 41,000-square-foot shopping center in suburban Camden County, the Red Bank-based firm announced this week.
The company said Winslow Plaza, located in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township, is fully leased and shadow-anchored by ShopRite that draws an estimated 1.7 million visits annually. That provides major benefits to the 40,695-square-foot shopping center, whose tenants include a roster of retail, medical, professional and service users.
Th firm added that the property’s average tenant tenure exceeds 13 years, highlighting its operational stability and deep community integration.
“Winslow Plaza is a market-dominant shopping center,” said Stuart Brackenridge, vice president of acquisitions at FNRP. “Its durable tenancy with rent growth potential, coupled with its location within a desirable trade area, makes Winslow Plaza a great fit for our investment platform.”
CBRE’s Colin Behr and Chris Munley represented the private seller in the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed. The center is the latest addition to FNRP’s portfolio in the state and in suburban Philadelphia, boasting a location where the median household income within a one-mile radius is $126,808, with nearly 20 percent of families earning more than $200,000 annually.
Winslow Plaza also benefits from direct access to the Atlantic City Expressway, Berlin-Cross Keys Road and Route 55, as well as NJ Transit bus and rail links to Philadelphia, Camden and Atlantic City.
“This acquisition reflects our continued commitment to investing in fundamentally sound retail assets,” Brackenridge said. “By focusing on centers that meet daily needs and demonstrate the potential for long-term viability, we’re building a portfolio positioned to perform across market cycles.”
