An owner-occupier has acquired a 32,000-square-foot industrial building in Carlstadt, in one of three newly announced transactions by Team Resources Inc.
The buyer, listed as 130 Grand St. Realty LLC, paid $5.9 million for the property at 130 Grand St. Team Resources’ Jeff Volpi represented the seller, while he and Ron Sholom represented the buyer, noting that the single-story building has 24-foot ceiling heights.
“The buyer is a local food group that wanted to stay in the area,” Volpi said. “The building’s footprint and ceiling height will allow the owner to expand their cold storage requirement in a location that provides easy access to existing clients.”
In a separate deal, Volpi joined colleagues Eric Lewin, David Knapel and Stacey Wellins in arranging a long-term, 28,000-square-foot lease at 200 Clifton Blvd. in Clifton. Gotham Cleaners Inc., a full-service dry cleaning company headquartered in New York, is taking the space, which has 15- to 24-foot ceiling heights, 3,500 square feet of office space and three tailboard doors.
“Gotham was looking for a location that allows them to easily service their broad customer base in the (New York City and New Jersey) areas,” Lewin said.
Team Resources also inked a lease at 450 Barell Ave. in Carlstadt, where Gneiss LLC is taking 25,000 square feet. Alex Rosenberg represented the tenant, an apparel supply company operating as Rebel Minds, while NAI James E. Hanson’s represented ownership.
“Rebel Minds will be utilizing this space as they continue to grow their brand and expand their clothing and accessory line,” Rosenberg said.
